I'll educate you about every contingency available to you( mortgage, home inspection, insurability, etc.) as a Buyer in today's changing market... you need all the protection you can get. I'll be your strongest advocate, a firm and direct negotiator. I'll be at your side throughout the mortgage and home inspection process, as a support and resource.

 

Closing the sale... I'll follow up on all the necessary details in conjunction with our cenveyancing staff, to ensure that no detail goes unaddressed (title and home insurance, utilities, etc.). I will accompany you at the pre-settlement walkthrough to ensure that you will be conveyed the property as you expected, with no adverse changes.
